 Alta
Although this resort is strictly for skiers it has much to offer as the other ski resorts. The 12 lifts include 1 quad chair & 3 triple chairs. The majority of the runs are meant for the intermediate skier, 40% of the terrain while the 35% Advanced and 25% beginner make up the rest of the mountain. This resort offers more terrain for the beginner and makes the intermediate & advanced skiers comfortable as well.

 Brighton
The 850 acres at Brighton contain 64 runs with 40 % intermediate terrain, 39% Advanced and 21% beginner. A range of experience levels are catered to. |

 Park City
As an official venue of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, this resort stands out from the rest. The resort's 3,300 acres include features such as PayDay half pipe, The Eagle Race Arena, a boarder cross course as well as a beginner terrain park. The hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. To 4:00 p.m. And nightly from 4:00 p.m. Until 9:00 p.m. For those who enjoy night skiing. The 100 runs are divided into the following experience levels: 18% Beginner, 44% Intermediate & last but not least 38% advanced terrain. The lifts include 4 "sixpacks," 1 quad, 5 triples & 4 doubles. There are also great shopping opportunities in Park City. |

 Snowbasin
This resort is proud of it's 2,959 vertical feet of ski trails. The 63 runs are mostly made for the Intermediate skier which make up 49% of the mountain, followed by 11% beginner & 40& expert terrain. With high speed gondolas & a deta cable quad, the lift capacity of the resort is over 14,500 skiers per hour. |

 Snowbird
Offers 2,500 acres with 85 runs and 10 chairlifts to get you there. Snowbird also features the Aerial tram along with 3 high speed quads. The uphill capacity of the mountain is 16,000 skiers & snowboarders per hour. The mountain is almost equally divided into the experience levels with 35% expert, 38% intermediate & 27% beginner. For those who do not ski Snowbird has other options such as outdoor Ice Skating. Most lifts run from 9 a.m. Until 4 p.m., Except "Chickadee," which is open for night skiing on Wednesdays & Fridays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays it is open for luge. |

 Solitude
Open daily from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Mid-november through mid-April, this resort offers many things. The Solitude Nordic Center provides a scenic cross-country ski area of over 20 kilometers. With 63 runs spread over the mountain side, this resort provides a wide range of terrain including 20% Beginner, 50% Intermediate & 30% Advanced, an intermediate skier can feel at home. The lifts include 1 quad, 2 triples, & 4 double trams. So your time is spent on the slopes & not in lines. |

 The Canyons
The lift capacity of this resort helps it to stand out at 25,700 skiers per hour with a total of 146 ski trails spread over 3,500 acres on the mountain. 44% of the terrain is directed to the intermediate skiers while 42% is set aside for the experts. There is 14% of the terrain specifically for the beginner skiers. The 16 lifts include 1 eight-passenger high speed gondola, 4 four-passenger high capacity chairs & 2 3-passenger chairs to accommodate almost any size group. The lifts run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Every day. |
